Unlike in brownies´s recipe  black chocolate is used, in blondie´s recipe white chocolate and / or milk chocolate will be used.

It is juicy inside and the nuggets of chocolate melt in your mouth, aaannnd very easy to make.

180gr of chopped white chocolate

170 gr chopped milk chocolate

170 gr of butter

1 handful of toasted hazelnuts

1 handful of walnuts

2 large eggs

280 grams of light brown sugar

225 gr of flour

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Start by melting the butter and mixing it well with the sugar in a bowl.

Add the beaten eggs to the sugar mixture along with the vanilla essence and mix well. Then add the sifted flour, along with the chemical yeast and the pinch of salt and integrate gently with the help of a spatula, finally add the chopped chocolates and the hazelnuts and walnuts also chopped; Mix well and pour the dough into a mold previously lined with baking paper.

Take to the oven for 25-30 minutes at 170ºC . When you take it out of the oven let it cool completely (if you can wait), then cut into squares.

Ready! It is delicious, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Energy bars

Hi all!
I really like today´s recipe, because it´s very easy to make and the results are tasty, natural and healthy.
The combination of the ingredients make this energy bars perfect to eat before going to practice any sport or help to recover our body after; also they are the perfect snack.
Here we go!!
Olive oil
A pinch of vanilla
A pinch of cinnamon
Chia seeds
Ground almond
Oatmeal (150 gr)
Sesame seeds
Apple sauce
To sweeten: Agave syrup, honey or brown sugar (as you prefer)
This time I´ve measured the quantities with a small plate (as you can see in the above picture).
We start mixing well all the ingredients, the we place the mixture into the mold or baking sheet; press the dough well, so it won´t get loose.
Place the mixture in the oven 180ºC for about 20-25 minutes.
We take it out of the oven and let the mix coll down for 10 minutes and after that, we can the dough carefully.
We already have our own homemade energy bars!!
I recommend you to add the apple sauce to the mix before place them in the oven, since this will help for the bars to not fall apart or break when we cut them.
They are really yummie and you can also add any other seed that you like, chocolate chips or raisins.
By eating one of those we can get energy and many beneficts, for example:
* Chia seeds: protein, fiber, calcium, antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids.
* Quinoa: Calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamins C and E among others.
* Sesame: fiber, vitamins, minerals.
I hope you try this at home, the result is really good.
Hope you have a nice day!
